Bonus and Right Share from Surya Life Insurance

September 13, 2017: The ninth annual general meeting of Surya Life Insurance company (SLICL) has endorsed the proposal of distributing 10 percent bonus share to its shareholders. The company will also be issuing 40 percent right shares of the paid-up capital after the bonus distribution.
