Proposed Bonus Share and Cash Dividend-(LBL)

This is to inform that the 221st Board Meeting of Laxmi Bank Limited held at 9:00 AM on November 3, 2019 has proposed the following dividends on its current capital to its shareholders subject to the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Bonus Share                      : 10%, in words Ten Percentage (8,920,508.64 units)

Cash Dividend                   : 5%, in words Five Percentage (Rs. 446,025,432.00) (including tax on Bonus Shares)
