Bonus Share Declaration-(GLICL)

The 189th BOD meeting held on 2079-04-30 has proposed the distribution of 7.442485% Bonus Shares and 0.39171% Cash Dividend (tax purpose) to the Shareholders which is subjected to the approval from the Insurance Board and its upcoming AGM.
