Distributing 6.5 % (including tax) Cash Dividend -(GMFIL)

This is to infrom that 209th Board meeting of Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd. has decicded to distribute 6.5 percent (including tax) cash dividend to its shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and 18th Annual General Meeting.
