Aug 31, 2017: NIC Asia is closing its book on Friday, September 1 which means that today is the last day to secure the 20 percent bonus share proposed by the bank.
NIC Asia has called its annual general meeting on September 15. The bank by earning Rs 1.46 billion net profit in the last FY maintained EPS of Rs 22. The bank has paid-up capital of RS 8.02 billion.
