APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS IN JANAKI FINANCE COMPANY LTD.(BITTIYA SANSTHA)

Janaki Finance Company Limited (Bittiya Sanstha) has informed NEPSE that the 21st AGM of the company has appointed new Directors Mr.Raghunath Prasad Shah , Mr. Amarnath Gupta and Mr. Ashok Kumar Jalan from promoter shareholders side. Likewise,from ordinary share holder side, Mr. Mahabir Kumar Sultaniya and Mr. Deep Narayan Shah are the new Directors of the company.
