Siddhartha Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-10-10 that the Special General Meeting of the company held on 2074-03-18 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2074-10-22 for the purpose of issuing Rights Shares in the proportion of 10:1 to their shareholders, approved by SEBON on 2074-02-31.
